Who we are
Weezyx provides tools that help streamers interact with their viewers through apps, chat messages and content submitted by users.
Tomas San Martin, in Madrid, Spain, is responsible for the personal data processed by Weezyx. For privacy questions, requests, complaints or support, contact hola at weezyx dot com.
Streamers are responsible for the services they offer and for their own use of information, including broadcasts and recordings they control. External platforms are responsible for their own processing.
02 / YOUR DATA
Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we process the following categories of information:
- Account information: identifiers, public names, profile details, images and email addresses provided when you connect an account.
- Authorization information: permissions granted, access tokens and refresh tokens needed to maintain authorized connections.
- Connected-platform information: channel, broadcast, chat and event information needed for the integrations you use.
- Interactions and content: chat messages, information about their authors, app settings and audio recordings you submit.
- Transaction information: payment references, amounts, currencies, status and information returned by the payment provider to verify purchases and resolve issues.
- Technical information: IP addresses, browser information, activity necessary to operate the service, and error and security logs.
- Support information: information you provide when requesting assistance or exercising your rights.
We do not request the passwords for your Google, YouTube or other connected-platform accounts.

Why we process information
- To create and maintain your account, identify you and sign you in.
- To link the platforms you connect and operate the features you authorize.
- To deliver chat messages and events to the apps used by the streamer.
- To process and deliver the content and audio you submit.
- To verify payments and handle support requests, refunds and disputes.
- To protect the service, detect misuse and resolve failures.
- To comply with legal obligations and address claims.
We process information as necessary to provide the service you request, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in security, reliability and resolving claims. Where a particular activity requires consent, we obtain that consent separately.
Accepting the terms or reading this policy does not constitute consent to optional processing, advertising or non-essential cookies.
04 / CONNECTED ACCOUNTS
Google sign-in & YouTube integration
Weezyx uses Google for sign-in and YouTube API Services to access channels, broadcasts and chats and provide the interactive features enabled by the streamer. Google's own processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Information obtained from Google and YouTube
When you authorize a connection, we access the information covered by the permissions you grant:
- Google profile: your account identifier, name, email address, profile image and other basic identification information returned by Google.
- YouTube channels: identifiers, names, descriptions, links, images, statistics and channel configuration, status, content, branding, topic and language metadata returned by the API.
- Broadcasts: identifiers, titles, status, schedules and other metadata needed to locate broadcasts and their chats.
- Chats: chat and message identifiers, message content, timestamps, event types and public author information, including channel identifiers, names and images.
- Events and roles: available information about members, moderators, channel owners and events such as Super Chat, Super Stickers and memberships, including amounts, currencies and other event details provided by the API.
- Authorization: tokens, granted permissions and expiry information needed to access the authorized data.
Permissions and their purposes
Google's openid, email and profile permissions allow us to identify your account and provide sign-in. The https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly permission provides read access to the YouTube resources needed for the integration.
We use this information to associate the connected account with Weezyx, identify connected channels, locate broadcasts, and process chat messages and events for the interactive apps used by the streamer.
The chat-reading bot does not post messages, upload videos, modify content or moderate your YouTube channel.
We request only the permissions needed for the features you use. The authorization screen identifies the account, permissions and access requested.
Acceptance and control
Before you use the integration, we ask you to accept this privacy policy and authorize the corresponding access. You may decline the connection; features that depend on it will then be unavailable.
If we introduce a new purpose that requires authorization, we explain the change and obtain the necessary authorization before using your data for that purpose.
06 / LIMITED USE
Use of Google user data
Weezyx's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use this information for the Weezyx features you authorize. We do not sell it or use it for advertising, creditworthiness assessments or training general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
Transfers are limited to providing or improving appropriate, visible user-facing features with your consent; security purposes; compliance with applicable law; or a permitted merger, acquisition or sale of assets with the required explicit prior consent.
Human access is limited to cases permitted by that policy: your affirmative agreement to view specific information, necessary security investigations, legal obligations, or permitted internal operations using aggregated information.
07 / SECURITY
Protecting your information
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect personal information and authorization credentials. These include encrypted HTTPS communications, encryption of stored tokens, access controls, protection of encryption keys and incident-management procedures.
Access is limited to the people and services that need it for authorized tasks. Diagnostic records avoid including passwords, complete tokens or unnecessary content.
No system can guarantee absolute security. If an incident requires notification, we inform affected individuals and the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable obligations.
08 / RETENTION
How long we keep information
- Account information and settings: while you maintain the account and they are needed to provide the service.
- Content and interactions: during delivery and while needed for the requested features or to resolve incidents.
- Technical records: for the period needed to diagnose failures, prevent misuse and protect the service.
- Support and transaction records: while handling the request and for the applicable legal periods relating to accounting, tax obligations or claims.
When there is no longer a valid purpose, we delete the information or irreversibly anonymize it. Information retained to meet a legal obligation is restricted to that purpose.
Specific rules for YouTube
Stored YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 calendar days. Authorization tokens are retained only while necessary for a valid authorization. We periodically check that authorizations remain valid.
09 / YOUR CONTROLS
Disconnecting & deleting data
You can withdraw access through Weezyx's connection controls, including when YouTube is your only connected account. You can also revoke access through your Google account permissions settings.
You can request deletion through the privacy controls or by contacting hola at weezyx dot com.
When you withdraw authorization through Weezyx, we immediately revoke the token and delete the associated authorized data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Deletion requests and account closure are handled within seven calendar days for the associated YouTube data.
If you revoke access through Google, we delete the corresponding data as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days of revocation. These deadlines also apply to copies under our control, and deleted data is not reintroduced through restoration.
Deleting information from Weezyx does not delete the original information held by YouTube. To delete information on YouTube, use YouTube's own controls. Independent accounting records are retained only where required by law.
10 / PUBLIC CONTENT
Audio, broadcasts & recordings
Audio submitted to a streamer is intended for use in their broadcast. It may be heard by viewers and included in recordings or clips published on external platforms.
Only submit content you are entitled to share. Avoid including private or sensitive information about yourself or anyone else.
Deleting content from Weezyx does not automatically delete copies independently made by streamers, viewers or external platforms.
11 / PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment providers
The streamer is the seller of each paid tool or interaction offered on their payment page. Weezyx provides the technical platform for recording purchases, integrating payment processing and facilitating delivery or execution of the selected tool. PayPal and Stripe process payments; they do not supply the streamer's service.
Payment credentials are entered through the selected payment provider. Weezyx does not collect your full card number or card security code through its own payment form.
Providers also process information for their own security and legal purposes. See the PayPal Privacy Statement and Stripe Privacy Policy.
13 / INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Processing outside the EEA
Our providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
Where applicable, transfers rely on a valid adequacy decision or contractual safeguards, together with any additional measures required.

14 / YOUR RIGHTS
Your privacy rights
Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing.
You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. To exercise your rights, use the available controls or contact hola at weezyx dot com. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity.
You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your competent supervisory authority.
15 / USING WEEZYX
Terms of use
Age and accounts
You must be at least 14 to use Weezyx and meet any higher age or authorization requirements that apply to you. Purchases require legal capacity or valid authorization and an authorized payment method. External platforms have their own eligibility rules; PayPal account holders must be at least 18.
Keep your account information accurate and protect your credentials and private app links.
YouTube features
By using Weezyx's YouTube features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Content and acceptable use
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant Weezyx and the selected streamer the permission necessary to process, deliver and play it for the requested interaction, including its inclusion in the streamer's broadcast and related recordings.
Do not submit unlawful content, threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation material, sexually explicit content, or content that violates copyright, privacy or other rights. Do not use the service for fraud, unauthorized payments, unlawful fundraising, or prohibited gambling or prize schemes.
Transactions must comply with the applicable PayPal Acceptable Use Policy and Stripe restrictions.
Weezyx and streamers may restrict features or withhold content to address misuse, legal requirements or safety concerns, without removing any rights required by law.
16 / PURCHASES
Payments, moderation & refunds
What you purchase
A paid tool or interaction offered through Weezyx is a digital service sold by the selected streamer, not a charitable donation. Each checkout is a one-time purchase unless a different arrangement is explicitly presented and accepted. Before paying, review the streamer, the tool or interaction, price, currency and limits displayed.
After successful payment verification, Weezyx makes the purchase available to the selected tool. Its execution may depend on the streamer's connection, availability, app settings, queue and moderation. A successful payment does not guarantee execution at an exact time, a particular audience size or a specific outcome beyond the description shown before payment.
Moderation and stopping a paid tool
Paid tools and interactions, including content submitted through them, are subject to the moderation criteria and community rules of each channel and streamer. The streamer or their moderators may pause, stop or end the execution of a paid tool whenever they consider it appropriate, including when content is offensive or violates the community rules.
A payment does not override these rules or require a streamer to execute a tool or interaction they or their moderators reject. A moderation decision or the resulting pause, stop or end of execution is not, by itself, an error in the Weezyx system and does not qualify for a refund under Weezyx's platform-error refund policy below.
Streamers must accurately describe their service, identify themselves as the seller, provide any legally required business and contact information, and meet their delivery, tax and consumer obligations. They must not use Weezyx to bypass a payment provider's restrictions or required approvals.
Weezyx system errors and refunds
Under Weezyx's refund policy, Weezyx issues a refund only when a verified error in the Weezyx system affected the payment or prevented the paid tool from being delivered as described. This includes duplicate charges caused by a system error.
Changing your mind, a streamer's or moderator's decision to pause, stop or end a tool, or a problem solely with the streamer's connection or equipment does not qualify for a refund under this policy. This policy does not remove any rights that applicable law requires the seller to honor.
Contact hola at weezyx dot com with your payment reference, payment date, streamer name and a description of the problem. Never send passwords, full card details or security codes. Weezyx will investigate and coordinate any applicable refund with the streamer and payment provider.
Refunds are returned through the original payment method wherever possible. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank; we cannot guarantee an instant credit. A payment that was never completed does not require a refund, although a temporary authorization may take time to disappear.
Mandatory rights and cancellation
This platform-error policy does not limit statutory rights relating to non-delivery, lack of conformity, withdrawal or other remedies, or rights available under your payment provider's applicable dispute procedures. Streamer moderation does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, contact us to exercise it. Any exception for immediate digital supply or a fully performed service applies only where all legal conditions, including any necessary express consent and acknowledgement, have been met. Using the website or accepting these general terms alone does not waive that right.
17 / AVAILABILITY & CHANGES
Availability, updates & applicable law
Weezyx depends on internet access, browsers and external services, so interruptions can occur. Weezyx remains responsible for its own obligations; streamers remain responsible for the services they sell.
Updates to this page are published with a revised date. We notify you of material changes to data processing and obtain a new acceptance or consent where required before applying them. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings before the courts available to them under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
